Who We Are

Seylone is a certified DBE, MBE, and SBE firm providing site services and construction solutions across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. We perform test pit excavation, vacuum excavation, concrete coring and sawcutting, structural probing, site clearing, surface restoration, and precision trenching for engineering firms, public agencies, and infrastructure owners. Our work supports the planning, design, and construction of transportation, water, energy, environmental, and building projects.

We work with some of the largest agencies and engineering firms in the region, including MTA, NYCEDC, NYC DDC, NYC DEP, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Our prime partners include HDR, Jacobs, Langan, WSP, and Stantec. These firms trust us to mobilize fast, execute safely, and deliver consistent quality across every project — whether it’s a single test pit or a multi-phase investigation program spanning months.

Seylone is led by a licensed Professional Engineer and operates under a formal Quality Management Program and a comprehensive corporate Health and Safety Manual. Our safety culture, VIGILANT, is built on the principle that all incidents are preventable and that every  person on our job sites has the authority to stop work if conditions are unsafe. We carry the certifications, insurance, and operational depth that primes and agencies require — and we  perform at the level they expect.
