Build infrastructure.
Build a career.

We're looking for operators, drillers, technicians, and managers who take pride in high-stakes field work across the Northeast.

Why Seylone

Serious work. Competitive compensation. Room to grow.

Seylone is a growing specialty field firm executing high-stakes subsurface and site scopes for the region's leading owners, engineers, and construction managers. Our work touches major transit programs, institutional campuses, waterfront redevelopment, and critical utility infrastructure.

We're structured for the people who take the work seriously. Crews are compensated for the specialization they bring, not just the hours they put in. Managers carry real ownership of their projects from pricing through closeout.

The people who do well here are builders field-driven, self-sufficient, and willing to be held accountable. In return, they get challenging projects, modern equipment, and a firm that backs them with the standard of safety, training, and support the work demands.
