We're looking for operators, drillers, technicians, and managers who take pride in high-stakes field work across the Northeast.

Seylone is a growing specialty field firm executing high-stakes subsurface and site scopes for the region's leading owners, engineers, and construction managers. Our work touches major transit programs, institutional campuses, waterfront redevelopment, and critical utility infrastructure.
We're structured for the people who take the work seriously. Crews are compensated for the specialization they bring, not just the hours they put in. Managers carry real ownership of their projects from pricing through closeout.
The people who do well here are builders — field-driven, self-sufficient, and willing to be held accountable. In return, they get challenging projects, modern equipment, and a firm that backs them with the standard of safety, training, and support the work demands.
Marquee infrastructure, development, and institutional work across the Northeast. Scopes that matter on sites that matter.
Crews and managers carry genuine accountability — not paperwork. Decisions happen on the job, with the people doing the work.
Training, gear, and protocols that match the standard of the work. Every crew is resourced to do the job the right way, every shift.
Internal progression from field roles through management. We back people who take ownership with increasing scope and responsibility.
Roles below are active as of our most recent posting cycle. Send a resume even if nothing fits — we keep a live pipeline and reach out when scope aligns.
Seylone is seeking a highly capable and hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of field operations while also supporting essential preconstruction and project coordination efforts. This role is best suited for someone with a strong background in the trades or construction management who understands how to lead crews, interpret technical documents, and drive fieldwork with clarity, precision, and accountability.
The Project Manager will be primarily based in the field, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple active jobsites involving test pit excavation, trenching, site preparation, interior demolition, and other technically demanding scopes. They will manage field crews directly, ensuring work is executed smoothly, safely, and in strict accordance with project specifications, drawings, and the commitments outlined in our proposals.
While the role is field-focused, the Project Manager will also contribute significantly from the office or home in support of project planning and development. This includes preparing quantity takeoffs and estimates, reviewing technical documents and bid packages, assisting with the development of project scopes, and supporting the assembly of proposals.
Seylone is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead multi-crew field operations on complex subsurface, excavation, and specialty scopes. This role runs the job from the field — directing foremen, enforcing safety, managing schedule, and resolving site issues in real time. The ideal candidate is technically strong, leads by example, and holds crews to Seylone’s standards of quality and accountability.
Seylone is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Driller to join our Geotechnical and Environmental Division. This essential full-time role is focused on operating sophisticated drilling rigs for soil sampling and other geotechnical and environmental investigations. The selected candidate will be instrumental in providing the critical data needed for our engineering and development partners, with compensation reflecting the high level of skill and experience brought to our team.
Seylone is actively seeking a very experienced Interior Drilling / Limited Access Drill Rig Operator to join our Geotechnical and Environmental Division. This role requires someone with extensive hands-on experience operating drill rigs in confined interior spaces. The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and work with precision in high-stakes environments.
Seylone is seeking a Drill Helper to support drillers across our geotechnical, environmental, and limited-access programs. This entry-level role is ideal for field workers who want to build a career in drilling. You will assist with rig setup, sample handling, and demobilization while learning the trade under experienced drillers — with a clear growth path to full Driller over time.
Seylone is seeking a CAD Technician to produce drawings and deliverables for our test pit, geotechnical, and surface restoration scopes. This remote role supports field teams, project managers, and clients with crisp, consistent, project-ready CAD output. Ideal for a self-directed CAD professional who takes pride in accuracy and works well with technical field data.
Seylone is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Operator who can confidently run excavation and grading operations and handle all aspects of mobilizing equipment, materials, and tools to and from project sites. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in both operating heavy machinery and safely transporting it, understanding that a successful project starts with reliable logistics and proper site setup.
The ideal candidate can read and execute plans, set grades, establish benchmarks, and manage small to medium site-work operations independently from start to finish. A CDL is required, as daily responsibilities will include operating company trucks and trailers to mobilize equipment and materials across projects. A 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification is mandatory due to the nature of many of our projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to represent Seylone professionally are essential.
Seylone is seeking a skilled Concrete Coring & Sawcutting Operator to execute precision coring and sawcutting scopes for structural investigation, utility, and selective demolition work. Operate Hilti DSH saws, TE breakers, and wet/dry coring rigs across institutional, transit, and commercial sites. This is a specialized trades role for a technician who takes pride in clean cuts, safe work, and professional execution.
Seylone is in search of a resilient and detail-oriented Excavation Laborer to join our Geotechnical and Environmental Division. This essential full-time role demands rigorous manual labor including the operation of various excavation tools and equipment. Ideal candidates will have robust physical stamina, a strong understanding of safety protocols, ensuring clean and orderly project sites, and an interest in supporting our operations through multiple capacities including equipment transport. The selected candidate will be instrumental in providing the critical data needed for our engineering and development partners, with compensation reflecting the high level of skill and experience brought to our team.
