Position Overview
Seylone is seeking a highly capable and hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of field operations while also supporting essential preconstruction and project coordination efforts. This role is best suited for someone with a strong background in the trades or construction management who understands how to lead crews, interpret technical documents, and drive fieldwork with clarity, precision, and accountability.
The Project Manager will be primarily based in the field, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple active jobsites involving test pit excavation, trenching, site preparation, interior demolition, and other technically demanding scopes. They will manage field crews directly, ensuring work is executed smoothly, safely, and in strict accordance with project specifications, drawings, and the commitments outlined in our proposals.
While the role is field-focused, the Project Manager will also contribute significantly from the office or home in support of project planning and development. This includes preparing quantity takeoffs and estimates, reviewing technical documents and bid packages, assisting with the development of project scopes, and supporting the assembly of proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations including test pits, trenching, sitework, and interior demolition

Key Responsibilities

Position Overview
Seylone is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Operator who can confidently run excavation and grading operations and handle all aspects of mobilizing equipment, materials, and tools to and from project sites. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in both operating heavy machinery and safely transporting it, understanding that a successful project starts with reliable logistics and proper site setup.
The ideal candidate can read and execute plans, set grades, establish benchmarks, and manage small to medium site-work operations independently from start to finish. A CDL is required, as daily responsibilities will include operating company trucks and trailers to mobilize equipment and materials across projects. A 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification is mandatory due to the nature of many of our projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to represent Seylone professionally are essential.
