Accessibility Statement

Effective: 2026

Seylone Inc., a New York corporation, together with its divisions Seylone Construction Group and Seylone Earth & Civil Group (collectively, “Seylone,” “Seylone Inc.,” the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to providing a website experience that is accessible to the broadest possible audience, including individuals who use assistive technologies. This Accessibility Statement (the “Statement”) describes Seylone’s approach to accessibility for www.seylone.com (the “Site”), the standards to which Seylone refers, the limitations inherent in maintaining a dynamic website, and the procedures by which users may request assistance or provide feedback.

1Scope

This Statement applies to the Site and to content owned and controlled by Seylone Inc., Seylone Construction Group, and Seylone Earth & Civil Group. This Statement does not apply to content, documents, forms, maps, or functionality provided, hosted, or managed by third parties, even where accessed through the Site. This Statement does not apply to physical facilities, jobsites, or non-web-based materials, which are governed by separate policies and applicable law.

2Reference Standards and Aspirational Goals

Seylone references the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as a framework for evaluating and improving Site accessibility. The WCAG is used as an aspirational reference, not as a warranty or representation of conformance. Seylone does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that the Site conforms to any specific technical standard, and accessibility conformance is not represented as an absolute or static state.

3Ongoing Efforts and Periodic Review

Accessibility is an ongoing and iterative process. Seylone periodically reviews the Site, incorporates user feedback, and refines content, templates, code, and third-party integrations to improve accessibility over time. Due to the scale, complexity, and continuous evolution of websites, certain content, features, or legacy materials may not yet meet every accessibility target. Seylone addresses accessibility matters in the ordinary course of maintaining the Site and makes no representation regarding the time within which any particular issue will be remediated.

4Methods, Tools, and Testing

From time to time, Seylone or its service providers may employ a combination of manual and automated methods to evaluate Site accessibility, which may include browser-based accessibility evaluators, screen-reader testing, keyboard-navigation testing, color-contrast assessments, and code review. The selection of methods and tools is within Seylone’s sole discretion, and results produced by such methods are indicative rather than conclusive. No method or combination of methods is capable of identifying every accessibility issue.

5Known Limitations and Legacy Content

Despite Seylone’s efforts, certain content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible, including: (a) legacy images, project photography, or video materials that may lack comprehensive alternative-text or captioning; (b) complex graphic, diagrammatic, or map-based content that is inherently difficult to convey non-visually; (c) embedded content supplied by third parties; (d) dynamically loaded or user-generated content; and (e) certain attached documents, drawings, or reference materials. Seylone endeavors to remediate known limitations as reasonably practicable, and welcomes user feedback regarding any accessibility barriers encountered.

6Documents and Attachments

Portable Document Format (PDF) files, architectural and engineering drawings, scanned documents, and similar attachments available through the Site may not, by their nature, achieve full accessibility conformance. Certain documents are published for reference only. Where an inaccessible document is material to an individual’s interaction with Seylone, Seylone will, upon request and consistent with applicable law, make reasonable efforts to provide the substantive content of such document in an alternative format.

7Third-Party Content and Integrations

The Site may incorporate or link to content, plugins, widgets, videos, maps, forms, social-media feeds, or similar materials supplied, hosted, or controlled by third parties. Seylone does not control and is not responsible for the accessibility of such third-party content. Seylone disclaims any representation or warranty regarding the accessibility of third-party materials and encourages users to contact the relevant third party directly with accessibility inquiries.

8Accessibility Coordinator

Seylone has designated an Accessibility Coordinator as a point of contact for accessibility-related matters concerning the Site. The Accessibility Coordinator receives feedback, requests for assistance, and requests for alternative formats, and coordinates Seylone’s internal response consistent with this Statement and applicable law. The Accessibility Coordinator may be reached at the address set forth below.

9Assistance and Alternative Formats

If an individual is unable to access any information, content, or functionality on the Site due to a disability, the individual may contact the Accessibility Coordinator at the address below. Seylone will, consistent with applicable law and subject to reasonable verification of the request, make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information in an accessible or alternative format, or to otherwise facilitate access.

10Feedback and Grievance Procedure

Seylone welcomes feedback regarding the accessibility of the Site. Individuals may submit feedback, questions, or concerns — including grievances alleging non-compliance — to the Accessibility Coordinator at the address below. Seylone will review and respond to substantive submissions within a reasonable time, consistent with applicable law. Submission of feedback does not constitute a waiver of any right or remedy, and Seylone’s response does not create a contractual obligation.

11Reasonable Accommodations

Consistent with applicable law, Seylone provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities in connection with access to the Site, Seylone’s business interactions, and the employment process. Requests for reasonable accommodations should be submitted to the Accessibility Coordinator at the address below and will be evaluated through an interactive process, without undue delay.

12Non-Retaliation

Seylone strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, submits accessibility feedback, requests an accommodation, requests an alternative format, or asserts rights under applicable accessibility laws. Any individual who believes retaliation has occurred may report the matter to the Accessibility Coordinator or to Human Resources using the address below.

13No Warranty; No Contractual Right

This Statement describes Seylone’s voluntary, good-faith approach to accessibility and is informational only. This Statement does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or representation that the Site — or any content, feature, or functionality thereof — conforms to any specific accessibility standard, nor does it create any contractual right, third-party beneficiary right, or private right of action against Seylone Inc., Seylone Construction Group, Seylone Earth & Civil Group, or any of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents.

14Updates

Seylone may update this Statement from time to time to reflect ongoing accessibility efforts, changes in reference standards, or changes to the Site. The “Effective” year above indicates the year in which this Statement is in effect. Continued use of the Site following posting of a revised Statement constitutes acknowledgment of such update.

15Governing Law

This Statement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where preempted or otherwise required by applicable law.
