Surface Restoration
Asphalt, concrete, sidewalk, curb, and landscape restoration to DOT standards following excavation and utility work.

Seylone provides surface restoration services across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic following test pit excavation, utility trenching, vacuum excavation, and subsurface investigation programs. Pavement, sidewalks, curbs, and landscaped areas are restored to match pre-existing conditions and comply with project requirements — closing out excavation programs cleanly so they don't generate complaints, violations, or callback work.
Restoration capabilities cover the full range of urban surfaces: asphalt roadways and parking areas, concrete sidewalks and pedestrian plazas, concrete curbs and gutters, paver and brick surfaces, and landscaped areas including topsoil, seeding, and sod installation. Asphalt restoration includes cold patch for temporary repairs, infrared patching for seamless repairs, and hot-mix asphalt for permanent restoration with tack coat, compaction, and surface grading.
Restoration is treated as a precision scope. Existing materials, thicknesses, scoring patterns, and finish textures are matched so the completed restoration blends with the surrounding surface. Backfill compaction and subbase preparation are performed per specification before any surface work begins. Pre-existing condition documentation and post-restoration photographic records are maintained at every location.
Seylone works as a specialty subcontractor to engineering firms, utility contractors, and general contractors and as a direct contractor to public agencies. When Seylone performs both the excavation and the restoration, the entire program closes out under a single point of accountability — eliminating the handoff between excavation contractor and restoration sub.
